DOING OUR PART - RECYCLING INFORMATION

Our mission is to source Earth’s authentic gifts and share their beauty + vibes with all who connect with our passion. It’s up to all of us to clean up our planet, which is why we’ve included recycling information on the inside packaging of our newest releases. We strive to use recycled materials to create further recyclable packaging components for our products. We highly encourage our #crystalfam to follow the guidelines located on the inner spine of each box to properly recycle components if they ever wish to dispose of the packaging.

The discount code  MOON  is valid online through Monday, April 26, 2021 at 9:00am EST. To receive discount, promocode must be entered at checkout and the order total must be more than $20. Each order placed using this coupon will receive a free loose crystal.  Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or any other promotion. Not valid on sale items. Free shipping is applied automatically on qualifying orders of $45+. Taxes still apply, and shipping and handling fees still apply to orders not eligible for free shipping. No adjustments to prior purchases. Not valid for cash.

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you do wish to return your one-of-a-kind item, please submit a return request form found in your account orders here.

Once submitted, we will issue you a return label via email. When we receive and process your return, a full refund will be issued- excluding the return shipping costs.

Returns will have $6.95 flat rate return shipping cost. Our shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the items must be returned in their original condition. So, make sure to package each item you wish to return with care in order to avoid it being damaged on its way back to its old home. We are not able to offer gift receipts or exchanges. Only the original purchaser can be refunded once a return is issued.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As soon as you complete your transaction through our checkout, it is instantly processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS I ORDERED ARRIVED DAMAGED?

No matter how much extra attention and care we put into packing your special items, sometimes things out of our control just happen! If your order arrives damaged don’t let it kill your vibe, we have you covered. Just email us as soon as your damaged product arrives and our amazing customer service team will take care of you!

HELP! MY PACKAGE IS LOST!

Did your crystals lose their way? If you think your items may have been lost or stolen, immediately contact your carrier directly. Hopefully, they can find your items and return them to you. If not, unfortunately once an order has left our hands we aren’t responsible for it getting lost or stolen.

Each and every one of our items are one of a kind and genuine, just like you! All of our products have been especially picked and sourced for their unique beauty and inspirational properties. From the Himalayan region, down to the mines of Brazil, we actively seek out Earth’s most precious and beautiful gifts in order to bring you irreplaceable and genuine products. This is why each rock, crystal, stone, and gem vary, and have their own unique vibe and appearance.

We are dedicated to maintaining our leadership role in the rock and crystal industry by having high standards of ethical conduct. I’VE PLACED MY ORDER! WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

All orders will generally ship within 1 – 3 business days (yay!) If an order is placed on Friday, it will ship the next business day. Unfortunately, we don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays, but that doesn’t mean we won’t process it first thing next business day! 

Our orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
